Warner Electric Clutch Brake Electrical Troubleshooting

I have 24v with leads disconnected and when I connect to the brake it shows 0 volts

At $5,000 to $10,000 brake/clutch control boards Warner should provide all schematics and electrical data for repairs. When A$$es$ charge $1000 to $2000 dollars for a .39 cent F'ing part. Our company does our best to stay far away from crap like this, we do our own repairs when ever possible. Good thing is it may take a few minutes longer to find the problem WITHOUT a schematic but the control board isn't that complicated just extremely over priced for what they are and how they a produced. On a side note they are very unreliable.
