The ticket size logic is true for pure investment purpose but in long term you could make money by investing in exotic properties in not so expensive locations. For ex: for end use, instead of buying a standard 3bhk at golf course road for 5cr, you can buy a penthouse in new gurgaun. Things will be very different in 10 to 15 years time when you will most likely sell it. Ppl might still prefer gcext but if penthouses there are available for 30cr then you can easily sell it for 20cr in new ggn. Your life will also be a lot better by staying in that penthouse for 10 years compared to a run of the mill 3bhk
