1. You should run that juice through a filter to remove excess fibers in vegetables that produce a lot of foam when juiced. 2. You should drink the juice immediately after making it, because oxidization will change the juice extremely quickly.

When he was in college, my husband had an assignment to calculate something. He analyzed what foods to eat to get the most nutrition for the least calories , the diet ended up being 80% cauliflower and then some other stuff.

All those are great in soup. I love pickle turnips. Try juicing a fresh horseradish. All that mash could have been used in soup or make vegetable patties.

With the left over fiber you could have made a vegan veggie slice or put it in a veggie stew. Can you juice fresh seaweed....can you get fresh seaweed? Have you juced zucchinis, marrows and beetroots?

okra with tomatoe sauce is a pretty common dish, i like it. There's an ethopian version which is a bit more spicey. But i also like the japanese style which is young okra (smaller ones) just cooked and you can eat them with white rice.

You can eat okra raw, boil, freeze dried, dehydrated, deep fried, baked and in a stir fry.

It should be added to smoothies, curry, soup, or rice... If not, compost it.

okra is definitely a great choice already - thinking brussel sprouts. Horse radish is probably also a good call.

My favourite vegetable is okra , Definitely not for juicing but you can do an okra curry or just stick in a oven on a tray and a kind of bake it,

Great idea for a video, Craig…😂 for US, who just had to watch. You chose well for the GROSS 🤢 FACTOR.🤮. Turnip is quite nice when you mash it with potato, although, why do that to a nice potato?

Okra is good in vegetable soup. In fact, it is in Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable soup. If you just boil it, I think it does get slimy. I just got a juicer. Now I know some vegetables not too just try to juice. Thanks.

You fry okra or add it to soups. It’s sticky. Turnip is awful. My Mama used to add turnips to potatoes to stretch them. It was bad. How about radishes, onions and rutabagas

I watched both your video and Chris' on Vegan Zombie. These videos were fun to watch. Now I know what NOT to juice thanks to you two suffering for us. Lol I love to cut okra into bite-sized pieces and then sprinkle some spices on them and bake them on some parchment paper until crispy. Best way to eat okra in my opinion. Good video.

Roast okra with olive oil and salt and pepper 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Yummy they aren’t slimy that way.

I didn't view to watch suffering. That is challenging for me to view, regardless of specie or jokiness of it. It is hard to view someone doing uncomfortable things, for me. I viewed cuz I like yous guys. It was kind of challenging. I could feel the gross in my jaws. I don't juice anything. I blend them instead, to get the fiber. Blending with spices and maybe a potato makes a drinkable soup. Is that an zombie defense, cleaver?
