Hi, I'm embarrassed to say that we didn't go and speak to anyone about it, and had we, I know someone would have come to make it slightly better by giving it a clean, but I don't think we would have been moved. I think that whole section of apartments needs an overhaul, as the windows, flooring, bathrooms and furnishing all need attention. We solved the window situation by speaking to a cleaner. It was lucky we were very busy with all activities, pool and so on, and deliberately didn't spend much time in the room x

Hard to stay positive in the UK. We worked on a campsite in France for 4 years and never did a dedicated litter pick. During 6 years at a campsite in Bedfordshire we had to do one every single day. Shame the staff are slack there, but they don't actually cause the mess and clearly there needs to be better housekeeping management.

@@ourturnnow yes, housekeeping definitely needs addressing and it was clear from the some of the demographic that littering was acceptable. Really sad. Thanks for your comment.
