January 18th 2016 I sat out of canyon in my hometown with the pistol in my hand. Ready to end it all, I got a phone call from my older brother who just wanted to chit chat . We talked for just under an hour and a half about absolutely nothing. It was the closest I had ever been and the only time I had ever been that close to giving up that phone call save my life... 2 days after this my wife told me that she was pregnant with my daughter. In the end, the one thing that I realized is even when you don't think there's anyone there for you. There's always someone and even if times are rough times are hard. There is always a silver lining. It just happened to be mine. We're back to back in a matter of an entire week, but it does happen. I hope you are all safe and happy and remember that there is always someone there for you even in your darkest times❤

yep been there as well. not on a bridge but pills or a blade. still going through it. starting therapy again tomorrow morning with the same therapist as last time thank god. but i'm still here still fighting it whilst being a full time carer for 3 people. it's the fact i'm a carer for these 3 people i'm still here because i know at least 1 of them wouldn't be if i wasn't. i'm proud of how you managed to come back from the brink Chris, i know how messed up you were. but look at where you are today. gorgeous partner great job and a successful youtube channel. well done bud.

Keep going dude I know you are strong enough to get there! You are still here because of how strong you are! Thank you...yes it was a very very dark place but I somehow used that as inspiration and strength to turn that around and use the energy to prove to them all that I am better and they won't win. I think I have achieved that already but I am going to keep on going and provide a base of support for those who suffer like I did. I won't allow anything like that to happen to anyone else whilst I am around. It is ok to not be ok but people need a support network and I/we here will always provide that. @@MTNReacts i know you are dude. i won't lie every day is still a battle. i'm still medicated up to the eyeballs. in 2 years i've gone from taking 0 meds other than over the counter pain relief to now being on upto 31 tablets per day. anti depressants blood pressure beater blockers for panic attacks and prescribed pain killers. and 1 of the pain meds is also an antidepressant so that's 3 different antidepressants in 4 doses. believe me i don't feel strong at all. the 3 people i care for are 3 family members of which 2 are disabled and 1 has double myeloma, blood and bone cancer so i'm taking him for his treatment. all this even though i am now classed as disabled too. as an example of how messed up my head has been i'll dm you a little something i wrote down a while ago. my state of mind has even impacted my love of music as i have days, no sometimes weeks where i can't listen to any at all. but as i said. i'm proud of you and where you are now bud.

You are an inspiration caring for those people, that is testament to the man that you are! I am super proud of you for doing what you do and also sharing that here in the open! I lost a cousin last December. My mum in February. I can't even imagine my uncle losing his daughter and his favorite sister in just a couple of months time. It's rough, but I prayed St. Faustina's prayer over my mum, so I'm handling it much better than I thought I would. Perspective is a real concept. Depression is cured by learning diligence. It takes work, but in the end, it is worth it.

I’ve never been someone who attempted or has even had that mindset too, and I know it’s because my mum was successful when I was 10, and my father missed helping her by a short .. we think. From someone who know that the families go through. The world is better place for you being here and never forgot that.
