i already commented on this short, but: make sure you are logged in on another device! for example, i am logged into my roblox account on my chromebook, my phone and my ipad so its pretty much impossible for me to lose my account to this glitch or forgetting my password. if you need to log in, just press ‘log in with another device’ and you can scan the qr code or put the code into your logged in account’s roblox settings (theres an option for ‘quick log in’ !!! hope this helps!

This isn't a big glitch and i already know about it for years, it happens because your ping is weak this makes roblox unable to load and they log you out, you can close the game and open it with a strong ping and you will find yourself in the account as if you never been logged out or you can keep the game open and just log back in when your wifi gets better, another step kreekcraft didn't mention is you can generate a backup code after you link your gmail so if you lost access to your gmail you can regain access back with the backup code you generated long time ago
