About disabled kids and being happy.. I used to be a caregiver for a woman with MS and her daughter who had down syndrome. I was a chaperone at her school dance, a school for kids with disabilities, and I'm telling you that gym was the happiest place on Earth that night. No one was worried about being cool. No fist fights. No crying freak outs in the girls bathroom. No bad kids trying to smoke in the janitors closet. None of the regular high school bs. Just dancing, happy kids. A few of my friends went with us and I remember us having a conversation about wishing that was our high school experience. So you're right Chris. Sometimes I think down syndrome should be the norm and we should all strive to be more like them

Great video Chris. You were asking why the child’s patient bed was zipped in. It’s called a Posey bed. Hospitals use this to prevent patients from exiting a hospital bed unassisted. It’s common in pediatric units. Using the cat toy was a good idea. I’ve seen others use it. Seems to work. It lit up whenever you said Paulette’s name.

Hi Chris, a really cool location, it feels like it would have been a mixture of happiness and sadness in there. There was some interaction with the cat ball from possibly Paulette, strange they didn't go off again after you swapped them. I think that machine with the manual pump was for an air bed. The air pressure changes in different areas of the mattress so the patient doesn't get bed sores. I could be wrong tho

I hate to speculate on something so awful but they would have taken her stuff with if she transferred to another facility. Those wheelchairs are expensive. The braces are specially made for her and also expensive and someone with this level of disability would become attached to her toys and things. It would be very upsetting for her to move somewhere new and none of her stuff be there. Sadly I don't think she went anywhere else. Poor baby girl 🥺

I totally agree i wonder what the protocol is when there is a biohazard outbreak in a place like this are they suppose to leave everything behind just in case of contamination?

@@RealmXplore that is a good point tho. I've worked in a few nursing homes but never experienced an outbreak. I guess it depends on how deadly this outbreak was. It's her wheelchair being left behind. A wheelchair can be sanitized and bc it's designed to be hers I feel like they would've done that but if this outbreak was that severe and contagious I guess maybe insurance would cover the expense of another..maybe. I'm thinking out loud here..yeah, you may be right. They may have moved everyone by ambulance and left everything behind

Another I frequently see in abandoned hospital videos is round metal doors in a wall with a rotary handle to lock and a metal chamber inside, which the person filming thinks is a crematorium for burning bodies. Those are steam-powered sterilizing machines.

@Tiffany E exactly. If you notice he takes a breath essentially right after it happens. It sounds like Chris's body literally remembers "oh yeah I gotta breathe" and starts breathing.... Sooooo did the breathing we hear remind him subconsciously to breathe? Did his ears recognize the sound but his brain didn't raise any red flags?

@@eeeee5318 I like the way your mind works 😊 I know Chris is always conscious of his breathing when he's recording bc he's worried he will breath too loud and it will annoy his subs or cover evidence so it is entirely possible he was holding his breath and was prompted to by hearing that breathing. It's low and absolutely creepy. I can't wait to hear what Chris says about it. Don't be surprised if he comes up with a few possibilities bc he will debunk if he can. It's either him, Fil or a ghost. Those are the choices. I know their voices pretty well and I really don't think it's them
