I like your videos for some delicious polish food. This pie looks tasty but I still have no idea what it is called. I was watching on a small screen and my first thought was it will be a poppy seed pie (based on the thumbnail). The fast cuts also made it hard to follow right from the start. After showing the finished pie at the beginning of the video we straight up jump to butter and from there we have cuts every 0.5 - 4 seconds which made the whole video somehow rushed and hard to follow. At 1:24 it also seems like the cut is mid sentence. I guess most of us don't mind having a bit longer videos

The dough is just 250 g butter, 4 egg yolks, 550 g flour, 220 g sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. The small piece of dough has 2 tablespoons of cacao powder. The name of the pie is pleśniak.
