The CDC has just issued a statement regarding the plagues of blood, death, and frost. They say that so long as you can still play cards there is no reason for you to stay home from work, and that the plagues should be over within the next 3 turns. I'm amused that the named the legendary frost giant titan...Frost Giant... Jotun (the J is pronounced more like a Y) is the Norse name for the entire race of frost giants in Norse mythology. They are from Jotunheimr. I guess it makes sense if this is supposed to be their god or similar. I had not seen any of the spoilers for this set (I usually follow them; but have mostly been playing Battlegrounds the last few months and not following too much Constructed content); and having a character named Jotun pop up caught my attention. This looks like a fun set, I'll have to pop back into Constructed for a bit when it comes out. I have a lot of packs and gold saved up. This Plague mechanic seems really fun.

If Helya's "Plagues they draw this game are unending" means that you shuffle the same plague after its drawn, I wonder if playing a second Helya would shuffle 2 plagues in after one is drawn.

I wouldn’t think so, because the first Helya satisfies the text of “Plagues they draw are unending.” If the text said “shuffle a copy of the plagues drawn back into the deck” then I could see it working. I know that’s what the effect actually is, but cards follow text pretty literally when resolving.

@@SyckestBlah It’s a clever idea…but once again I would assume not because the text of Helya does not mention shuffling explicitly as part of the unending effect. The initial three would get extra copies shuffled in, but I don’t think the end-of-draw-phase copies would be duplicated. However, I could be absolutely wrong. Thats just my understanding of how Hearthstone follows card text. I will definitely try it out just to be sure!

@@fallugaloog Well, if this was M:tG, I'd be sure it wouldn't work. But seeing as "Your next spell this turn has +2 Spell Damage" worked as "You have +2 Spell Damage until your next spell is finished resolving", I wouldn't be so sure with Hearthstone.

2:38 I don't think the timing was too bad on that considering that due to his hero having an attack value, when your minions attack him they took that value in damage. It actually worked more in his favor for cleaning up the board as he never had to swig, you did it for him. I'm sure there were plays HE wanted to make with it so it was still good in your favor, just saying it's not as bad for him as it may have at first seemed.
