Sorry bro, During Base attack, Dragging SH back is wrong method against Level-32 base with Lebel-32 AA. All troops of base can fire upto 5 grids. If you drag SH, Your SH will only take dmg but it can't heal up or use any officer skill. But if you keep attack, your SH officer can be able to generate skill and will give healing/dmg resistance.

Not really because tanks can't attack you even if the base lvl 32 if you talk about howitzer and rocket launcher I will say yes , but try to put tanks only on base and attack it and move SH away no one from tanks inside can damage the SH
