My way for flattening these is using a cell phone screen press which is for cell phone repairs. There are lots of options from cheap to pricey. Don't need anything fancy.

@ they typically have foam pads for protection. Don’t want the new cell phone screen scratched just like you wouldn’t want the card scratched. You can also apply heat using a hair dryer if needed.

Chrome warping is common because there are different layers laminated together. It even happens in some glossy-but-not chrome cards. It's pretty much harmless. But it's ugly for sure. So thanks for sharing this content!
