Unfortunately it was over in 91 when the Seattle grunge scene burst thru like a cannonball..right when they were about to release their 3rd record Dog eat Dog. Their record company Columbia had already signed Alice in Chains and were backing and promoting them relentlessly..and just like that it was pretty much over

Jani was so charismatic, such a tragic loss. He seemed to be in good spirits all the time when he was young. It’s funny right at the end holding the pizza, he reminded me of my 6 yr old son salivating before an ice cream cone is given to him

Much Music was great. My parents had one of those giant satellite dishes in our yard in North Carolina. I discovered Oasis, Live, and so many cool bands before they even made it to MTV. Great memories. Party all night, sleep all day, racing moto x, and the girls. Omg I wanna go back. 😂 Oh and I love Warrant too. RIP Jani

Her name is Erica Ehm. She was nicknamed Erica UHM because this wasn’t her regular job. She was the receptionist at CITY TV and pulled in to interview musicians at the last minute so really didn’t know what to say, hence all the ummms. But the audience loved her so they promoted her to do this job. You should also google “Rick the Temp”. I really miss this station and their “by the seat of their pants” format.
