the hose clamp seems an issue with R and S models, I had it too on my S

I have the same bike but luckily my dealer gave it a good once over before I rolled it off the showroom floor place Xmas. And I also gave it a good once over after bringing it home by removing the tank and checking throughly. Now with 10,000km I’ve yet to have any leaks but I do tighten all the screws and bolts after riding off road.

Le paso lo mismo a la mia, misma moto con 800 kms - me pusieron un ajuste con brida y se acabo, una tonteria pero molesta. Gas my friend!

Common issue on these bikes I’m afraid. The demo KTM 1290 Super adventure I rode, also had the same leak as yours, it was a brand new bike with only 50 miles on it!

That is correct. Once dealer replaced hose clamp bike has been solid since. Let’s hope it stays that way.

Thaks for all your sharing! Still wait for my order this bike and maybe pick up next year. Hope KTM can fix the ‘commond’ issues for following produce, just considering the worldwide dealers feedback to KTM or not…
