Warren Buffett & Charlie Munger on The Difficulty of Using Options Successfully

I have to say that selling put options like Warren did with Coca cola is a very appealing idea but the right conditions to do it rarely occur

Curious how he feels about real options. Because to me, with 80% of merger and acquisitions failing to create value. And from my standpoint, looking at the merger and acquisitions of a company is the most difficult part of the valuation process. Its absolutely necessary to look at the real options of the company. If he doesn't use real options I'm wondering what he uses.
