Warren Farmhouse, one of a wondrous group of Cotswold gardens

Nestled in the picturesque Cotswold village of Stanton, Gloucestershire are a selection of lovely, varied gardens that usually open as a group for the National Garden Scheme. Many of the houses border the village street with their long gardens hidden behind. Owner of Warren Farmhouse, Jacqueline Tucker, walks us through the village and into her restful garden with its water features and wonderful planting.

Yes, you're right. There's no mistaking the saffron petals of Californian (Mexican) poppies.

A beautiful garden and village. The number of gardeners who say that they love the wild life and encourage them to come into the garden especially the birds then spoil it all by having a cat which is the arch enemy of birds, a very fine killing machine killing just because it can and not because it needs a feed. You can see the cat in this vid and hear the black birds warning chirp. Please people give the wild life a chance and get rid of you mogies. Buy a hamster.
