Warren G and Nate Dogg were always so smooth. They're approach was so different from most rappers that was always yelling and screaming in your ear. I miss hearing their music, RIP Nate Dogg.

Warren G found his own way and created his own legacy instead of trying to piggyback off of his brother. You can tell he still do his own thing and don't try to eat off of his brother like most people would. Warren G is a legend though!

Don't kid yourself.. nate dogg plays an extremely small roll in the world of music.. hiphop in general or gangster rap which he was involved in, is one tiny sub section of the world of music..What your comment says, is that your taste in music is extremely narrow
@sneakyamxx
@sneakyamxx 8 жыл бұрын
***** I'm saying MUSIC wise, in the world of MUSIC his roll is extremely small.. Now if you want to say in the genre of gangster rap / hiphop, then sure his roll was influential no doubt.. but to think the world of music revolves around hiphop is silly.. but that's the sad thing with so called "hiphop" heads now days.,. they think they know music but they were born in the 90s and the only thing they know is rap.. sigh

Warren G has said before that he had to make it on his own because he was left out, saying that he was hurt (emotionally) back in the day - "everyone got a Death Row jacket, but I got shit." He wished that the guys that he loved and looked up to could have had success together instead of being cut out.

Especially the way everyone got a plane ticket to fo do a show somewhere and warren rocks up to the airport and suge didnt have a ticket for him. Even the hype men and booty lickers got one, except for him. That would friggin hurt. He had his revenge when regulate came out and deathrow got jack shyt and just had to regret their decision.

Back in the 90s I used to have to save up my money to go record in the studio, and save up to buy my own equipment a piece at a time. Well back then I loved looking at studio equipment in the catalog and daydreaming...we didn't have KZbin or the internet..so I used to record on vhs anytime a studio was on tv then I doubled ryme and reason and the show documentarys on that tape and any interview on rap city on bet because they would always be in the studio. My tape started with Heather B in the studio on rap city ...I watched that tape all the time
