I love boosting high's ever so slightly with the EQP-1A's. It sounds airy, but not EQ'd. I sometimes boost 10k on a bassdrum track, wich pretty much makes no sense if you think about it, but it will "lift" the whole bassdrum sound. That to me is the magic of Pultec. Don't think about it too much, just listen. Very well put together video, and very well explained by Mr. Huart.
