I know that this is an old video but I have to comment. This breaks my heart....born and raised in Warren, BS from YSU. I worked at Packard after YSU and left in the late 70's. Warren was a GREAT place to grow up. I saw the righting on the wall and that's why I left for a better future. After GM and the Steel Mills left everything went to shit. I've been back two times....1986 and then in 2005...20 years later and EVERYTHING was gone. Lived on Francis and Eastland Avenues....VERY sad indeed.......thanks for the video.

I lived in Warren for years! Went to East Jr high school and Warren G Harding in the 80s. We lived on Elm Rd in that Big brick house across from McKinnley Elementary School, I miss it, but I see how bad it looks around there!!! So sad

Lived here many years and remember as a child in the early 60's my brother and i were dropped off at either Robbins Theater or Daniels Theater and we were a mere 6 and 8 yrs old while mom would shop the square..City buses lined court house square..we had one McDonalds on the west side which would be our highlight of the trip..back then it only sold burgers fries and shakes and you walked up to the window to give your order..Today is much different and not for the better..The Police do a fine job here but the problem as i see it is the justice system has no backing them to help deter crime..giving probation to criminals already on probation and it's a revolving door..How does that work ?..Much work needs to be done in Warren Ohio if it isn't already too late..Thanks for the tour..
