i'm the same way, i have to rest my arms a lot too but the more you practice it, even just by creating simple braids on different parts of your head at different heights, your arms get stronger with time.

When I first saw this, I thought it would be much more complicated, but it's just two Dutch braids stitched together!!!! :OOOOI think that just goes to show that you should always have your basics down pat, because you build on simplicity to make such intricate looking complexity.
