There are two very minor characters that I didn't add (because it was unclear when they died so I couldn't add in which book they died in, neither what order they came in) These two cats are Bramble (One of Milkweeds kits which died of starvation) and Rain (Violet Dawn's old mate who died on the thunderpath)

They don't state he was. In The First Battle, it's stated Wind Runner had four kits. During the Tom and Turtle Tail Fiasco, Emberkit died. It never stated he was stillborn, or the death would've occurred around the time the Fiasco began.
