The scene with the Baseball Furries was the most exciting of the entire movie. That bad team really looked evil and the fact that they didn't say a single word just added to their ominous mystique.. Although they lost their fight with the Warriors in dramatic fashion, I know I wouldn't have wanted to go up against them..

The Baseball Furies...the most sadistic, fear-inducing gang in The Warriors...and it was mostly because of the epic Baseball Furies surrounding and then chasing the Warriors scene and Jerry's iconic baseball bat face-off with Ajax...Oh...and the makeup.

The idea for the makeup for the furies came from kiss that was real popular back then. And the roller skates was popular in the late seventies that's where Walter Hill got these ideas from pop culture
