This is the song that turned me into a VoicePlay patron. Such an amazing, defiant spirit! For this one, Layne wanted to add violin, so he asked Kevin in Pentatonix how to beatbox and play an instrument at the same time. The answer is you have to know one of those parts so well you can do it automatically, and then you can add the next part. Such a wonderful arrangement!

Honestly, I wish more reaction channels would overlay chat on the video like you do. It lets us read in real time what you are seeing. While Layne is getting insayne, I think that Geoff's crazy bass sounds is the glue holding the whole performance together.

This is my all-time favorite. Pretty much fell off my chair when it was released, and never get tired of it. Listen to it frequently. (And yeah, I could do the first sound.... I'm 73, beat boxing was never part of my universe until I started watching youtube during the pandemic. You explain/show it well - thanks for that! One of these days I'm going freak out my grandkids.)

@@Aurora-cv5to Yes but when I got covid which attacked my teeth probably better than the lungs and they broke off over about 2 months means I need fixin'. I'm going to get their roots taken out and get implants in. That may let me get a better grasp on beatboxing.

I think I've heard that Layne doesn't like to actually make the sounds on film because it makes his face look weird. So don't judge what he's doing by his mouth in the videos. :)

Like you I love VP, you said roller coaster ride in your first view and I totally agree, even if its not my preferred genre I still thoroughly enjoy and appreciate their production. League of Legends has two versions of Warriors. The original by Imagine Dragons and a few years later 2WE did it again. Both versions are for League of Legends. VoicePlay's version is closer to the 2WE version.
