Warriors MAP - Complete

Ah it's done! After several years we have the full Warriors Warriors MAP! I'm so honored to have been a part of this MAP from the early days, and I'm glad to have played a small part in seeing it come to completion!
For those of you who are wondering, I did not get explicit permission from Clover Pone to rehost the MAP. Please know that I did absolutely everything in my power to contact them, but got no response. I understand that this might be controversial, but please know that I had no malicious intentions with doing this, I just didn't want to see the project abandoned when it was so close to being done to begin with. All credit for this MAP goes to Clover Pone and Skyonflygon! My videos are not monetized, I have no incentive to have taken on this project. I simply wanted to see it done. There was a lot of hard work put into these animations back in the day, and I didn't want to see all of it go to waste, not just on the part of the animators, but on the part of Clover Pone and Skyonflygon! They put so much into hosting and scripting this MAP as well. All credit goes to them: I simply edited and got the last couple remaining parts together to bring the MAP to completion.

I am overwhelmed by the positive feedback for this MAP! I was honestly terrified that people would condemn me for taking on this project without the permission of the original host, but I'm so grateful that everyone has been largely supportive of the final project! I take no credit for how it turned out at all (except for the small parts I made 3 years ago haha!) But thank you all again for seeing where I'm coming from, and allowing us to appreciate the extremely talented animators that helped to create this!

So I showed this to my friend who knows nothing about warriors, and this is the story she pieced together. “Reddish Cat (Spottedleaf) sees a fire. Is she okay? Where did it come from? Well, it's gone now. Orange Cat (Firestar) is a housecat. He sees the wack gang of forest hooligans (Clan cats lmao) doing their thing outside and thinks, ‘huh, that’s lit. I’ll join them’. So he does that. He’s friends with Gray Cat (Graystripe) and Black Cat (Ravenpaw). Brown Cat (Tigerstar) doesn’t like Black Cat. Black Cat is sad and leaves, but he says he'll come back. He probably never does, like my dad when he got milk. Sorry, that was dark. Anyway, Reddish Cat dies somehow. Mask Cat (I don't even know?) makes a weird face at her. Light Black Cat (Cinderpelt) has a dream about getting hit by a car. Someone else dies and Gray Cat and Light Black Cat are sad. Some blue cat (Bluestar) falls off a cliff. Brown Cat is suddenly important. Orange Cat sees dead people. Spiky Black Cat (Scourge) kills Brown Cat. Orange Cat kills Spiky Black Cat. Orange Cat has babies: Dark Orange Cat (Squirrelflight) and Light Brown Cat (Leafpool). Dark Orange Cat, Dark Brown Cat (Bramblestar), Light Blue Cat (Feathertail), Other Light Black Cat (Crowfeather), and some other cats i've forgotten again are all buddies and they, like, hang out. Light Blue Cat and Other Light Black Cat are in love. A bunch of cats run around and do cat shit. Something weird happens with Light Blue cat and she’s sad. Other Dark Brown Cat (Hawkfrost) I guess is Dark Brown Cat’s brother. They’re chill. Other Light Black Cat falls in love with Light Brown Cat. I guess he's cheating on Light Blue Cat. They’re running around or something. Then Light Black Cat dies. Other Light Black Cat breaks up with Light Brown Cat. Something weird happens to Orange Cat. Dark Brown Cat stabs Other Dark Brown Cat with a stick. Light Brown Cat has Other Light Black Cat’s babies: Other Gray Cat (Jayfeather), Funky Cat (Lionblaze), and Other Black Cat (Hollyleaf). Something weird happens, I dunno. Gray Spotty Cat (Ashfur) is mad at Dark Orange Cat. Light Brown Cat’s babies are there and everything is for some reason on fire again. Other Black Cat kills Gray Spotty Cat and starts yelling at people and everyone is upset. She gets smushed by a pile of rocks. Light Gray Cat (Dovewing) and White Stripey Cat (Ivypool) don’t like each other. White Stripey Cat is friends with Other Dark Brown Cat, who I guess survived the stick stabbing. Some crazy crap happens and suddenly everyone is fighting. Orange Cat fights Brown Cat even though I'm pretty sure he already died earlier. And... then there are some random babies on the screen. They look sorta like Orange Cat and Dark Brown Cat. Did they have babies after they fought? Are they gay? Is one of them female? Is this close enough?” She _is_ surprisingly close, actually. Edit: Yes, this is the same friend I showed the Unravel MAP! In-person rather than over text this time, though. I still showed it to her twice and then typed out what she said and got rid of a bunch of pauses and "um"s and that sort of thing, largely paraphrased but she reviewed it ^^ I chose to show her these two in particular because they both feature different characters and they wouldn't spoil each other. I'm planning to show her a DotC MAP next.

Usually my biggest complaint with maps is that i dont understand what is going on and the flow is not the best. With this map, i both understand what is happening and the flow is remarkable. I love this song and this map. Also like how you included the dates of the parts in the credits, that was a nice touch

This MAP is amazing! I'm almost at a loss for words! I adore how it started with the first books before progressing, and how it doesn't focus on one story. It has mixes of Rusty joining ThunderClan, The journey Squirrelpaw and the other Clan cats began, Leafpool and Squirrelflight's big lie, etc etc. It even included Silverstream's death - something I don't see very often in MAPs like these! It all truly makes you reflect on the series and how much it, and its cats, have grown. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this work of art possible!

Oh god I remember discovering this map when it first came out, I remember falling in love with the music and script, and I remember being extremely sad to see the map would never get finished. And now it is!! I never thought I'd see this day! Honestly, yeah you might get some shit because of your decision, but i'm really happy you rehosted this map, I think it was the right thing to do. This makes me so proud. There is so much to say and I don't know where to start. Seeing the history of Warriors and how far they have come makes my heart sweep with love and pride. Sure, not every cat is good and not will always make the best decisions. Some are just plain evil. However, I am still proud of to be a part of the adventure, reading the cats' stories. There is so much more to be just battling cats. They are living beings with personality, beliefs, emotions, opinions, likes and dislikes, personal stuggles, life problems, flaws, mistakes, and accomplishments that make them characters that we either grow to love or hate or maybe indifferent. I have been along for the ride for years. I have been so since middle school. I remember when is was in the publis library and I was next to a girl who was digitally painting Scourge while listening to an episode of SSS Warrior cats. I kept watching her, admiring her art work. she noticed this and soon enough I was introduced to the world of Warriors through the SSSWarrior card and decided to pick up a book. It changed my life forever. I really got into it when I had to read these books for English class so I didn't have to read Percy Jackson (No hate on the series. I just thought I wasn't allowed to read the series). I started to draw again and take it more seriously, I read more and began to appreciate books, I began to care for characters, and have made good friends with warriros. I even made a long life best friend through warriors and we are practically sisters. As these characters and through difficult life situations, I was going through a lot of life problems too. Warriors was one to the things that helped cheer me up. It helped me a lot to escape a little bit from the a really rough part of my life. I did my best to be a warrior in my own right to get though this. I have grown up and I still read this series. this is pretty much the only series I ever read. I did try to get into the the Erin's other series, but it just never worked for me. I never expected to be like Warriors, but the world of Warriors always draw me back in. I just honestly can't leave these characters behind. I want to know how they are doing. I care for their wellbeings what happens to them. I am happy to when kits are born, I grieve over their losses, I laugh at the silly moments, I feel the love for them, I get angry at them when they go to far, I get disappointed in their actions, I feel proud to their accomplishments, I feel scared and worried when they are endangered, and I feel horrified when something dark happens before my eyes. Honestly, I want to see how these cats are doing. They feel like they are the life long friends and family that never meet us and never get to know us, but we know them so well and love them from afar. I wasn't there when the very first book came out, but I am an half i caught up. I never regretted joining these cats on their journey and their continuing adventures they will have in the future. Warriors is very special to me and it always have a place in my heart. Thank you everyone.

I love this so much! I've never found it so easy to follow a map along, like I could actually tell exactly what was happening in every scene. And the music and the pacing in this is amazing and so fitting. Honestly I wanna cry because of how good this is

I've been binge-watching all of the Warriors MAPs I can find on KZbin these past few days, and this was definitely the best--not necessarily in terms of quality, but in terms of content. I'm impressed that you guys managed to fit the whole series arc (for the most part) in a single 5-min video!! Bravo to all the animators and artists involved! :)

Omg I love this map so much! I love the type of MAPS that have the whole storyline of Warriors into one map. I prefer them to MAPs that just focus on a certain character. Five Giants, for example is a one that has the whole of warriors storyline in it.
