Warriors Orochi - Shu Chapter 3 - Battle of Cheng Du

Yuan Shao invades Cheng Du because he thinks everyone here is a ghost. Yukimura also believes him. Perfect.
This battle has a cutscene if you use Zhao Yun and approach Yukimura. Ideally you're suppose to get to Wei Yan through the northern most path while preventing messengers from reaching Yuan Shao's army but I mess up the messenger bit. The battle is still salvageable, you just have more of a morale issue with keeping Wei Yan's army alive.

Much time has passed since Zhao Yun was able to recover from his escape after Ueda Castle, now he's set off once more upon his journey to find Liu Bei. However, as he was making his way to Shu's fallen capital, Cheng Du, Magoichi reported that an army inside the castle was under siege. With renewed hope, Zhao Yun set out to the castle in hopes of finding Liu Bei. In addition, Xing Cai, Yoshihiro, and Ginchiyo all set off to rescue the army within the castle. During this time, Zhao Yun and friends encounter a bunch of strange officers within the forest that believed them to be phantoms. After figuring out why the two armies are fighting against each other, Zhao Yun and Co. eliminated the strange officers and journeyed forth into the castle from the north. However, as he made his way into the castle, he realized that it was not Liu Bei fighting, but rather, it was actually Wei Yan. Without giving up hope, Zhao Yun and Wei Yan joined forces in repelling the attacking army, which was led by Yuan Shao. Oddly enough, it wasn't just Yuan Shao fighting in this battle, he was also allied with Yoshimoto Imagawa. Some time before Cheng Du, the two nobles teamed up and help search for others who were willing to fight with them against Orochi. Yet when they were told that there were phantoms attacking innocent people at Cheng Du, there was a friction between the two. While Yuan Shao believed it wholeheartedly, Yoshimoto had his doubts about it. Nevertheless, they were both defeated by Zhao Yun and Co., and were forced to retreat while going on their separate ways. Meanwhile, after repelling the Yuan-Imagawa alliance, Zhao Yun and Co. were under attack by the one who orchestrated the conflict herself, Da Ji. After besting her, Zhao Yun rested his army for now to regather his forces, and waited to find any kind of news on Liu Bei's whereabouts. Next Battle: Tian Shui

wow, I have played and replayed this game like 50 times (like deleted save data to redo it all again) and I ever knew that Yuan Shao and others spawned if you let the messengers get away, I always just got 'em first

This probably the most confused plot ever, we know that Zhao Yun go there to find Liu Bei which was supposedly guard by Orochi Army and Yukimura is a part of Resistance Army which he was trick to go and try attack the army inside that Castle (the yellow troop) which is also a part of the Resistance Army. So who suppose to guard Lui Bei originally? Because isn't the red Army is a part of Sanada Army?

Yeah that would you be conscious about you can yukimura on a guy who's my favorite guy and all you've been saying but the problem is that you didn't saying he got to know which way you using him issue is that they both equally match they fight great about us but you got to be aware how they hit Triple damages very burning though you can more civility

Im my game i dont have that horse and the messengers are so quick (or my characters are slow). This lvl are really painful. The main guy is really dumb and weak he always die and mission fails.
