He is and was very well versed in the days/todays problems, and the politics, etc. of Americas problems. I played with Warrior Soul after John Rico was fired. At the time, I was too young to appreciate his lyrics. But after that, I really listened, and knew, he was brilliant, and the rest of the “masses” to understand, and grasp ahold of his lyrics. I’m listed as among all the other guitarist after John left. But I was the 1st along with Alex “X Factor “ to join, and was with him for a year. Although his lyrics were great, behind the scenes, he was an asshole 100%, and DID NOT act as his lyrics portrayed. Which is heart breaking. My name is Chris Moffett. He ended up stealing my beautiful, loved guitar (which wasn’t a Gibson. I was signed to Gibson in WS and a band I was in before WS on Sony/Epic) and an incredible Marshall JCM 800 2210 and cabinet, all worth about $5,000. His explanation to me I was “fired”, that I was getting unemployment. It breaks my heart. And I’ll break his face when I catch up with him.

The depth and breadth of this song is amazing. it reaches down into the gutter and finds those of us that do not fit inside the status quo.i am not one that sits inside the norms that society has defined. I am happily one of the losers. I am a Native American that does not even belong to a reservation. i am a total loser and I love it. Look around those of you that are considered the "beautiful people." There are more of us and we are finding a way to make ourselves known and our opinions matter
