0:10 Edward III didn’t restore, rather he created Dukedom’s in England. There is a significant difference as there were no duke’s before his time - highest rank in the non-royal nobility being Earl. The power of the Dukes caused problems, so it is pertinent to make this distinction. Really important to Englands history as it’s clear we weren’t able to deal with this alteration to the hierarchical structure. It infamously opened a can of worms - from this point onwards - and that’s why it’s crucial to mention it was the FIRST time Dukedoms were created
