I am not sure. These are conventional explosives, and not nukes, so there would be no blue Cherenkov radiation. I am wondering if A deep underwater explosions move the water in such a way to refract it towards blue on the spectrum, or B the explosions are powerful enough to produce sonoluminescent cavitation.Under certain conditions, water under super high pressures can produce light and heat of its own.

@@craigsurette3438 i figured it was conventional so the the fact that it was that color of Cherenkov radiation threw me for a loop, but watching it a few more times and other angles, I was thinking either sonoluminescence or micro-bubbles/steam catching the light underwater caused by the shockwave, since it looks like there’s vapor coming off the water in that radius as the steam and gas from the central explosion reaches the surface.

it is NOT a missile or torpedo, it is towed behind the small boat it is just a package of conventional explosives designed to test if the ships hull can withstand the shock in times of battle that is how depth charges destroy subs they water multiplies the explosives' effect on the hull if it is close enough This was a test with three sets of explosives detonated at different distances to the ship.

In all seriousness, numbers (quantity) is going to be the name of the game in the next great war -- as much as it was all about numbers in the last one, WWII (the allies had more ships, more tanks, more artillery, more troops. Those who outnumber will always beat those who are trying to outsmart --- when considering the long game, that is Because nobody can outsmart all the time in the chaos of war. The game of 'outnumber' eventually finds ultimate victory. In the age of mass drones and hypersonic missiles, one big target (albeit well defended) is not the answer. It only takes 1 good hit - less than 20 of them -- and all of our carriers are gone. It's all of the little fast, mass-number/mass-produced platforms that will still be standing. I can only pray our government (the same one that is letting crime run rampant, votes in a leader that should be playing checkers in a retirement home, and doesn't have a clue what the long-term effects of looking the other way with our open borders-- an atrocity) yeah, that government, knows this about future warfare. We can only hope they have their heads out of their arses for at least this one thing.
