Been on my wishlist for ages, bought it now using your link, thanks for the awesome videos you make, Wolfheart, really appreciate it - especially the recent ones on Diablo and BG1 - as a 52 year old fart, those games are the ones I was playing in my 20s - love em so much. I have been playing EA from the start, this game is absolute beauty, so good to relax a bit, doing whatever you want so preferebly role play is good way to start with, but it could be really hard especially early game and frustration from losing party members, not having enough food, gold, etc. I recommend to give it a try, it is worth.

I've got 60grs in in the first week. Haven't gotten out of the first two regions. So much to do and so many ways to play. Love this game. Some things need to be fixed but it's minor stuff.

@Kilivan Jg I would absolutely recommend it!Annals of the Black Company is an omnibus containing the three books from the northern story arc. The writing style takes some a bit to get use to but it’s well worth it.Of course this is just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions

I played the demo way back when. It reminds me a bit of Battle Brothers, although your video highlights some interesting differences. Before I pick this up, I have one question. How is it on replayability mapwise? Is there some repositioning of towns, quests, etc?

its a neat looking game.. hopefully we can get some newer unsponsored videos to see what others feel about it. Doesn't look bad, but I don't see much content really.. seems basic.. visit town, get mission, do mission, do another mission, visit town, oh now visit next town. I mean the price isnt bad to try it. The fights look smooth. But I've not seen much co-op fights if any.

Yes, that's why I labeled the video as "overview" and not "review". It takes a long time to make an in-depth review, so dropping an overview video when a game first comes out is a good way to at least show people what the game is like.

Feels a lot more like working as the troops HR and book keeper than it does playing as one of the warriors or even directing a troop. You’re just moving points from one bar to the next. The only thing that matters is how economically you spend your fatigue bar, exp bars, food and and gold. You never actually accomplish anything

Only if it was real time with pause, with years we understand how is turn based is so unrealistic when turns are not parallel at the same time, so stupid as nothing. We love RPGs but one by one turns are waiting of precious time plus sooo unrealistic
