Thank you for the Concept 3 mini documentary. I am a veteran of the SANDF and actually trained in the training grounds where it was put through its paces in Potchefstroom. If ever you want to see the best performance of the Concept 3 or even the Ratel's and Rooikat, build a Namib desert map with one central road. The rest? It'd be the history of some t34's and t55's.

@Manuel - That would be a problem with the often nationalistic Warthunder community. Neighboring nations often had disputes between them, often for territories. This is the case with poland and CSSR (guess who was taking a piece of the CSSR cake when Germany started the war against the Czechs?) and, but a bit prior in history, happend to the relationship between Portugal and Spain too.

You should add a feature that when you land you can change your ordnance loadout. Lets say I was playing a F-4 Phantom and I was bombing away at tanks and now there are enemy aircraft in the skies, I could fly back to base a rearm with a Air to Air loadout instead. Maybe when you land it brings up the "respawn" interface but you can only change the loadout for your plane, or you to change the loadout it might be a certain amount of Spawn Points. Just a idea that might change how the game is played and add more diversity to the battles.

It should, but as bomb doors would be ripped off at high speeds if they did cause significant drag, it's so small and minimal that I doubt it's modelled in game

I am pretty sure it does, the Me 264 drops a few kph if you open the bomb bay at 400kph and above (While going in a straight line) Dont know if it is modeled for other bombers though

Only on the Me-264 and the Ju-288. I honestly find it funny how Gaijin only has it modeled for two of the most spammed bombers in the entire game, both of which actually use speed as a way to bolster survivability (the main defense being their 20mm turrets which have insanely large hitboxes for trailing fighters). They won’t answer this question personally as it points out a serious problem in flight model design on most aircraft.

Mustang is a nice fighter it has great flight characteristics and energy retention but I have never done very well with it in game. It is very hard to get guns on target it almost flies like it has no rudder at all.

Usually i target all non armored ground target, but with the relatively good handling of the plane, when someone tries to attack you you can shoot him in head on pretty easily

In air RB: go low and fast, try to get a few ground targets, get out before the enemy fighters arrive, land, rearm and do it all again. To engage air targets either go for head-ons if you're confident about your aim, or do some energy fighting. As for secondary weapons, I use rp-3s or those big anti-ship rockets. I wouldn't suggest maining the latter, however: they are harder to use and degrade flight performance quite a bit. Hope this helps.
