Hello Ma'am, I recently got an offer to study at Warwick in Oct 2023. I was hoping you could tell me your budget for the accommodation at cryfield. What are all the other charges you have to bear apart from the rent.

The charges are different according to the type of accommodation. All the prices are listed on university’s website. There are no extra charges apart from the rent.

@@maharshikantharia more or less it is the same.. Off campus are a little cheaper but gets equal as you have to travel everyday. In my opinion, the campus life is more fun as you get to meet a lot of people as compared to off campus

@@victoriak2494 hey my accommodation was equipped with private washing machines as well as a communal laundry room where the machines were paid for. We had both the options. If you watch my Cryfield accommodation vlog, you will get to know about the facilities and benefits.

Yeah cryfield and benefactors are both close to wbs and the central area

And also if you could please tell me how did you apply,and whether Warwick gives scholarships to international students. And any information you might have regarding the Master's in Biotechnology, bioprocessing and business mam at Warwick.

I did MSc. International Business and Warwick do give scholarships to international students. All the details are given on the Warwick website and you can check if you are eligible for the scholarship or not.

Is there a difference in the rooms and amenities between Cryfield Apartments and Townhouses? They seem to share most facilities so I'm wondering if there are differences in the rooms or other facilities that i'm not aware of

Where is the laundry

In cryfield townhouses, there are 2 options available. One is the laundry room in the residential area which is paid and the other is the washing machine provided in the kitchens of your shared accommodation.

Great Vlog! I’m starting my masters at WBS this September and thinking about applying for the Cryfield apartments. Would you say the social life is good there? As compared to quieter accommodations like lakeside?

Hey Thanks! Congratulations on your offer and all the best for your journey. The social life was awesome in Warwick. Most of the friends that I made lived in Cryfield accommodation. Also I had a lot of friends in Lakeside too. Lakeside is also really fun and it is really peaceful because of the lake. I liked both of the accommodations in terms of facilities and social life. But my choice will be Cryfield as I lived there.🫢

I did MSc in international business. But truly all the courses are great and practical. The best way to know more about the course would be to talk with the course alumni whom you can find on either wbs website or LinkedIn.

Congratulations on your offer. Warwick will send you details about the accommodation over the mail and you can choose the studios through Warwick's accommodation website.

Hi Janvi, thank you for the informative video. I read some comments that supermarkets are really far away to Cryfield area like it takes approximately 15 minutes to get these markets. Is it true? Do you find it inconvenient and which accommodition would you suggest for the WMS students? Best wishes

Hey, well there is a rootes grocery store on the central campus which is like 4-5 minutes walk from cryfield and benefactors. Rootes is great to get your basic stuff, but if you want to shop for like proper groceries for like a week or a month, you can go to Tesco which is like 13-15 minutes walk from cryfield. But it doesn’t seem to be a lot to be honest. If you don’t want to walk, you can anyway order from Tesco or Sainsbury at your doorstep with minimal delivery charges.

Hi! Nisha, I choose cryfield over Benefactors mainly because of the pricing. Benefactors are closest to all the amenities like the piazza, wbs, and central campus. I chose cryfield because it was the next best alternative for me in terms of pricing as well as the cryfield townhouses were newly built at that point. I was the first mover and it was all newly furbished and fresh.
