Hi David mate thank you so much for the mention in your video really nice of you to do that, I’m so pleased and happy your class 59 clicking sound has stopped, I suffered exactly the same issue with mine when I first got it but after running it in for so long in each direction it was a relief to hear it had stopped and a very nice loco to run I love it, well done on your scratch building of the jaguar Land Rover showroom absolutely splendid and superb job you have done on that, and I totally agree with you about all these amazing new diesel locos coming out soon such great times ahead, fantastic and really enjoyable video as always and happy modelling take care and speak soon kind regards Danny 👍🏻👀👋🏻🤩

Hi mate, it was a pleasure to recognise the positive effect your videos have, love hearing the huge positive attitude, really gave me a lift to get cracking on my layout. The class 59 is awesome, may look at getting another one when the 2nd run comes out next year. In the next video I will have the showroom lit so everyone can see the interior detail, was waiting for some extra wire as its about 10 feet from the power source.. Hi Susannah, thank you for taking the time to view the video and your comment, Its very much appreciated. I think in lockdown with being on furlough for 6 weeks I went mad in the loft, loads of different projects on the go, but the main one laying track properly I didn't do as I was rushing to do other things. Nice work on the car showroom,Modern rolling stock seems to be less forgivng on tracks, but I have found the limited swing on couplings being a problem. and when it comes to track planning I will be trying to avoid curved turnouts they always seem to be a problem.

Thank you so much for taking the time to view the video and comment. Hope to get the showroom lit next week as I have detailed the interior. Definitely not using curved points again, only 1 left on the layout by the TMD but that one works well as locos running slowly

I really enjoyed this update. The derailment issue can be so frustrating mate, honestly, I even mentioned it in my last video (due to my dodgy track lol). I'm glad you didn't give up because we would've seen this video. That 474 bus really hits home for me because of being an east Londoner and living a lot of my life in Canning Town. David, how many class 66 did you say you have? I had to rewind a few times because it sounded like you said 13?? Lol. Take care mate. Lee

Hi Lee, really glad you enjoyed the video. I am glad I didn't give up, love the sound of working in the loft with trains running. The route number only by chance due to its price, like all my buses on the layout. Yes i have 13 Hattons 66's, all the different liveries, the last 8 were bought when Hattons dropped the price to £119.00 for DCC ready, absolute snip plus 7 of them arrived perfect and I have had no problems with them. You may know but maybe not? Accurascale biomass wagons and other variants all suffer the same problem. The bogies catches on the body causing derailments on tighter curves, easily solved if you know which part to file off. Euvirail has video showing where to remove offending bit. Curved points? you are not alone, all of mine removed. Impressive car showroom as is all your resolve in sorting the derailing problems, Bill.

Hello Bill, thank you for viewing my content and taking the time to comment. I saw the Euvi Rail video and started filing off the offending parts of the detail but 1 of the pieces off detail came unclipped and the bogie turns very smoothly so I removed all the detail rather than filing. Would only notice the detail if you look very closely at the underframe. Removed all bar 1 curved point, only 1 left in the TMD but I have not touched the TMD in ages so it will probably get removed from there as well. I am really pleased with the car showroom just got to get the lights hooked up to the power source, Cheers David

Yeah I had problems with curved points, what I noticed was at the diversion rail the loco was clunking so I rolled a coach over slowly and it seem to drop down slightly, so I replaced it with the peco sl range and had no problems so far
