Some of the finest trombone playing I've ever heard. A true master of his craft.

Every one is so professional about how they comment. XD this is one kick ass performance of this solo. I had a friend who played this at state and took eight. oh and to pose a question for comments, what is it with trombone players and being extreamly good at just about everthing? is it just me that sees that?

trombone players really are just good at everything

10 whole months later: Trombone is rather easy to learn. In my experience at least, its been easier to fix mistakes on trombone than on a valve instrument. But I also have a mouthpiece that suits my playing style. But also the high range and close positions make it seem easy in some passages. In only my sophmore year I learned what a 2 octave scale was, then I learned 3 octave scales were also possible. Now I can potentially do 4-5 octave scales, rather hard on the pedal notes though. Well thats because I play higher in groups than the pedals for those scales.

Trombonists have to be extremely good to be taken seriously often times, because unfortunately, ours is still seen as a somewhat "low-class" instrument. But I think another reason that a lot of great trombonists are excellent in all aspects of playing is just that we chose one of the most fun instruments to practice. XD

@@jaybest9749 Trombone players are dedicated - it's the easiest instrument to learn beginning on, but it is the hardest to become skilled on.

Yeah i figured. I have more experience now. And see why that was foolish. Im working on it once again. And ive got it down except this D, like 7lines above the staff.

Juan Gonzalez Dude, this is a piece that people with decades of experience play. An early player should be looking at repertoire more appropriate for their level. No one can develop these skills from scratch in under two years. Find literature more appropriate that will allow real success.

Nah i already have over 80% of it down. Time means nothing with dedication the same amount of experience can be gained faster. Lack of determination is what leads to attitudes like that. I have determination and probably the best trombone player in nyc under 18. And far better then alot of adults too. Not cocky but i know how well i play and this isnt that hard of a piece.
