Warwickshire Avon barbel

Hi which area did you catch these barbel from. I am completely new for barbel fishing what would be a good area to start with. Thanks Ian

Ian, it was the Baa stretch at fladbury mate, plenty of barbel there, but I've only picked up small ones lately. There are better ones there, my best is a 9-13. The rod pod is a korum double rod river rest, you can get one for about 45 quid.

What part of fladbury is this mate ? Just after the weir or more towards jubilee bridge ? Great videos mate keep up the good work 👍

it was a while back mate...it's just down from the weir...maybe 200 yards or so

John Care cheers for the reply mate . I used to fish the opposite bank for girling ac. Possibly either fishing after the weir or other side of jubilee bridge . If this weather calms down a bit !
