@Beyond1665 it's because when he reports people, they are 99% of the time cheating. If you falsely report people, then your trust score goes down, and reporting becomes useless

@@Beyond1665 it also doesn't matter how many times you report them. If you encounter a Cheater and in that same game you report him 500 times, it will only count as one report. Spam reporting doesn't do anything and Activision has actually made a statement about it in a Twitter post. Just report once and move on, anything more isn't helping and just wasting your time. Not trying to be rude just spreading knowledge because I see this common misconception quite often.
