The main reason people (or at least I) have defaulted to the Zehmn35 compensator is because it has the same effect as the Cassus Brake does with the AR builds - the firing aim stability really makes the recoil feel a lot more controllable as it gains this weird smoothing effect.

alternative build for the ram 9: instead of the reargrip, use the buffed V5 short barrel! helps with sprint to fire and recoil! that recoil taken care of also allows for a suppressor! for me that makes up for the downsides.

Thanks for info. Always look forward to these guides. Tony, would love to see you do a deep dive into Tac-stance. It's not a perfect solution but it's really helping me win a lot of CQC fights against controller. With the right attachments, your recoil is actually way lower than ADS for some reason, and you can easily hit targets at 30+ meters. Not that that's a reliable way to kill, but it's just to illustrate that Tac-Stance is actually extremely viable for MnK if you build right. *EDIT* I hadn't made it till the last build yet. So it seems you covered it already. Cheers!

I am very thankfull for tac stance, basicly it breaks aim assist, controlers have aa and mnk have tac stance, I see it that way. Ram9 full tac stance build and I havent lost a single close fight after that.

I was aware of flash hiders, they became popular by the end of mw2 if I remember correctly and if you're using iron sights, you don't want that muzzle flash and smoke so it's either flash hiders or suppressors.

As a somewhat casual MnK player I really appreciate the tac stance build at the end. It's perfect for me as I love the Ram-9 but, as you said, close range engagements on Mnk feel very unforgiving (unless you're an absolute demon), and the irons aren't the best for me. Appreciate all the work you do for the community my man!

I didn’t know about the muzzles hiding smoke or flash. Iceman Isaac once showed at the beginning of this game or MW2 that suppressors actually made more muzzle smoke. Glad its fixed.

The muzzle thing has been known for quite a while. For the muzzle break and compensator, gas is vented out of the ports. In Mw2019 it was most noticable. Muzzle breaks dispersed gas horizontally, and compensators dispersed it vertically.

@@kometts2123 i'd recommend looking at streamers for reference on loadouts. this channel is great for detailed stats, but nothing really beats the insights of players who no-life this game all day every day. with them you obviously have to take into account that they are playing on top tier setups and are much much better than the average player, but they usually go by what's actually effective more than they do based on what gives the best stats on paper.

Yep, been paying attention to using a sort of flash hider when i use a gun with iron sights

The compensator has been like that for a very long time. There are 3 muzzles that significantly reduces visual recoil which is the compensator flash hider, the purifier muzzle, and the casus brake will actually reduce visual recoil significantly. No other attachment will reduce visual recoil to the same amount than those 3 muzzles. If you hate visual recoil, use those muzzles. Now the thing with compensator flash hider is that it also gets rid of the flash, so no flash plus less visual recoil is awesome. But I would highly recommend to choose between the casus or compensator based on the actual recoil pattern of the gun you want. If you find that your gun has more horizontal recoil/s[read, use the casus. If you find that your gun has more vertical recoil/spread than horizontal then use the compensator flash. But for smgs, definitely use the compensator flash to get rid of a majority of the visual recoil. I find that less visual recoil helps me win more of my gunfights both long range and close range.

using the zehmn flash hider on mw2 guns are real good, helps alot to reduce the shaky visual recoil (especially with sights) just dont expect them to perform better than mw3 guns, but still pretty fun if you feel like using mw2 guns

Been rocking the Ram-9 since it came out, it's real nice. 50 round mag, Mk.3 Reflector, Zehmn35 flash hider, DR-6 Handstop, and Recon Comb. So easy to use

@@wilson0213 and @ProzacDon unnecessary doesn't mean it doesn't make the experience better. the ram has great iron sights, but in cqc it's much easier to acquire and track targets with a sight. the ram 9 also works perfectly with one slot dedicated to a sight, unlike the ram 7. these things matter less for controller players, but on pc, being able to properly track your targets has top priority.

You can get tac stance spread down to .7 with ram9 its absurd. Personally i run one with msp handstop increasing spread to 1.1 but makes it much faster. Gun fries. Easily takes down middle target.

Msp 50 round There's a grip or comb that helps tac spread.( The one that does more) Stock that helps (I think there's 2 the one that does more) And intas casus 14 ( or whatever that red dot is called with the laser attached. If you don't have that the corvus laser I think it is? Good tac spread and isn't always active). .. I might be mixing a few attachments up with other tac builds but that should get you in the right direction. Just look at the tac spread stat as you build. You can add the bastion bruen angled under grip for even less spread instead of msp. Hope that helps get ya there

Metaphor populized flash hiders with his casus brake ram build. i dont know if casus is a real flash hider but it still reduces that visual recoil/shake massively. also try my hrm build - sonic supressor, dr6 handstop, pcs90 assault grip, hatchet light stock, 50mag not that popular cause no one plays silencers anymore but not showing up massively helps in cq fights imo

AMR - nimbus barrel, 50rnd, optic of choice, phantom rear grip, precision stock Ram 7 - purifier muzzle, cronen headwind long barrel, 60 or 40, hvt 3.4 stock, and jak glassless Mcw with aftermarket part - 40 rnd, cyclone long barrel, rapid strike rear grip, and either jak glassless or zehmn You could use the bp50 is you like it, but it’s not the best anymore. Cor-45 if you can be accurate while spamming - coversion kit, 40 rnd, zehmn, optic of choice, and the stock that helps with gun kick that looks like one solid smooth piece. I can’t remember the name of it, but it helps significantly more with visual recoil than the other recoil stock. I don’t think there are any other guns worth using as proper sniper support, unless you just run a regular smg build. I use that amr as sniper support, so the other gun builds may not be perfect, but I have used the other ones as well, and they should be pretty close.

Ram 9. Zehmn, speedway barrel, 50 rd, 3.4 pad stock, retort 90 grip. Amr9. Jack bfb, demo buffer tube, amr9 regal pro barrel, 50 rd, mk3 reflector. Hrm9. Thorn 90, zehmn35, bruen heavy support grip, folding stock, 50rd These classes are good for recoil control and don’t hurt the mobility and handling so much. I’m on ps5 I use all 3 guns, favorite has to be the ram9 hands down

Hey not sure if I missed this in another video, but have you considered the AMR as a long range weapon? Nimbus barrel, Bruen heavy, glassless, 100 round, carbine stock. Comparison tool suggests it’s better than just about any other AR type weapon. I’ve tried it and I think it’s great!

How does ADS time interact with sprint to fire time? I always looked at including ADS time to see TTK for when I can accurately shoot. I always assumed that sprint to fire did not matter as long as it was shorter then ADS time, unless you wanted to hipfire. But if the timer happen in sequence instead of simultaneously then I need to rethink.
