The Hall effect is an effect that occurs because of the Lorentz force. Essentially, if a charged particle moves with vertical component through a magnetic field, then the Lorentz force deflects the electrons to the left. This causes electrons going through a metal collect on one side, which creates a voltage called the Hall voltage. This voltage can be measured. As for how this is used in the controller, I’d assume, that the stick is attached to a magnet, or a sensor, and moving the stick changes the magnitude of the Hall effect, which can be detected by measuring the Hall current.

@@shfd3832 the main reason I switched was because I wanted 4 back buttons, but every button on the controller feels great. One thing I noticed which I really don't like, is when you have it set on Trigger Lock mode, and bring make the trigger pull pretty short - 10-30 range on the slider - it takes a significant pressing force to trigger a shot. It should trigger sooner. It's a bit of a bummer, and it makes it REALLY difficult to shoot a single fire pistol quickly. The lack of a hard stop on the triggers will teach you to aim better. It makes you relax your grip. Like you said you didnt even know you squeezed the controller that hard in gun fights. Gamesir se g7 can't be beat on price to performance.also,it's back padels are probably the most natural and tactical feeling than many controllers I've tried

The dual sense edge outta the box now is 1000hz without overclock. They had an update. And the Xbox controllers I'm pretty sure are 125hz cuz they're the same as the base controller

Thing is I understand what it does but 90% of gamers out there will not need so much even the ones playing at high Elo in games won't even see the point because that is reserved for a very very very small portion of humans that have 200ms and lower reaction time (less than 0.4%). Only them could see even a slight change especially at 144hz. Compared to most humans being at 340ms the 1ms would change shit. I know it's your living but shit I also gonna warn peoople not to spend 100"s on something that can't change shit.

For the scuf envision pro it feels better in your hand when you use your ring fingers for the paddles instead of your middle finger. It felt awkward when I tried my middle finger for them.

BattleBeaver needs to fix their wait times and get some HE pots asap or these smaller companies are gonna start thrashing them
