Didn't realise just how many sets I gave 7/10 lol! Anyway these are just my opinions and I love hearing all of your thoughts in the comments! I always try to take into account price as well, as although a set may be really amazing, if its horrendously priced, that is a big deterrent in my mind! Thanks for watching though and I hope you look forward to the next part

Yeah to be fair, I own that Lego set, I believe most of the value is with the exclusive mini figure selection, we get Han solo and Tobias Beckett in their imperial army attire and a mud trooper, if these things weren't included I don't think the price would of inflated the way it did.

I will defend that Hoth Medic set forever, it's one of my favorites alongside Yoda's hut. Just two small, quaint and really fun Luke sets

They’re essential if you want to replicate Luke’s scenes in the Empire Strikes Back. I got both sets and I think they’re really good.

I beleive that they actually made the Hoth Medical Centre as an apology for the Assault on Hoth as it addressed two of the major criticisms of that set: no Leia or Medical Centre

6:07 Does anyone notice that the age range for that set is recommended for ages 8-12? That rating hasn’t been seen on a LEGO Star Wars set since 2008.

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate that you could enjoy the sequels sets like the Ahch-To island for what they were as Lego models, while basically overlooking the source material itself. Some of those sequels sets were actually pretty good Lego sets so it's a shame their source material affected their sales. Also, I find it amusing how you called 75214 Anakin's Jedi Starfighter an "overdone ship" because it appeared in Lego form for all of about two times lol

in my opinion a lot of these sets get hated on for no reason like the jedi and clones battle pack a cheap way for me to get 2 jedi that i really wanted.

This year is so nostalgic. Im 20 n this was the year I fell back in love with Lego Star Wars. My grandma bought me the falcon from this year n shit was epic LMAO. I loved it

2018 was definitely not the worst year, especially if you're looking at the first years of the theme. As for recent years, I think 2021 takes that title: no battle packs, too many remakes and a lot of underwhelming sets (Imperial Shuttle and the Marauder come to mind). I also think 2016 was a little overrated, even though I love the Rogue One sets.

I thought this was a good year. The Solo sets were decent, we got the biggest X-Wing and Tie Fighters, the Snoke throne room was pretty good, we got a Cantina with a Wuher figure for the first time, and that one Jedi battle back that had good figures of Ki Adi Mundi and Barris Offee.

I feel the same way about the defense of Crait, I had the AT-MT and it would look cool, but meh I loved the sand speeder, my parents sent it to me for Christmas while I was deployed to Iraq, it was perfect

3:12 A poor set but one exclusive piece caught my attention. The Poe Dameron hair with headset. A perfect piece for gaming minifigs. Unfortunately outside of that crummy speeder the mold was only ever used for the Gamer Guy from the Series 19 CMF. And that hair was bright green.

How is this a bad year? Honestly I’d take this over this year because of the shitty falcon and Jedi bob starfighter stuff. 2018 is a really good year for nice modern original trilogy sets which are my favorite

I still don’t understand how everyone says this is the worst year. We got some of the best sets ever from 2018 and this guy just said 7/10 for almost everything. I think 2019, 2020 and 2021 were worse

Ahch-To is my favorite Lego set so for me is a 10/10. I still think the At-St if they didn't want to include the head they should've changed the name to something like Phasma vs Finn so it could make more sense.

good video, and *most* of the explanations are reasonable. but these rankings mean absolutely nothing, especially when some sets sound like youre giving them a 5/10, and some a 7/10, yet they both get a 7/10. also, i dont see at all how the tie fighter and x wing are overpriced, they seem perfectly fine to me

I know a lot of people are mentioning the 7/10’s, but I mean seriously man. These aren’t just your opinions either, you give your opinions that people disagree with which are fair and reasonable, and then you give a wildly inconsistent ranking that doesn’t correlate with your thoughts. Otherwise, you make really good videos but the rankings on this one are jarring
