What is The Isle?
The Isle is the current top dog in terms of dinosaur survival games, its one of the biggest ones by far. With a whole host of dinosaurs and other prehistoric beasts on its Legacy branch.
The game is going through a total rework with its Evirma Update, an update that will change the whole dynamic of the game.

I gotta say, currently im looking more foward to the isle, i always knew path of titans wasnt realistic and i wasnt really bothered, but when i realized that a fucking baby ano can still bonebreak full grown creatures for 4 seconds i lost it. This has been a thing for 2 years now and they didnt change nothing. Especially annoying when youre chased by a big group and if you get bonebroken by this rat youre done for. Additionally the babies tank way more hits than they should.

Yeah and despite being a small dev team, you can really tell that The Isle is a passion project and honestly I think that's why they can get so defensive about criticism and player feedback, even though most of the reactions are still unwarranted.

Yeah most of the team are experienced devs they are just a really small team. And tbh most of the isle flak is due to their attitude. Kissen and some other figures got way too much sas for a team that can barely pump out two updates a year.

Their development might be slow, but animation and model quality is above insane. Old isle was one of greatest games i have ever played. I hope Evrima will be even more awesome once they release it. :)

You make a good point regarding the shadow maybe being allo, especially since it made me remember how the devs have been very lowkey "teasing" a "surprise" creature coming up sooner than later. And with that sharper facial feature you pointed out in the shadow, I actually think now that there's a slight chance you could be onto the fact we're potentially getting Dibble's ultimate rival, the Allo, back in the game. Which would connect surprisingly well with the diabloceratops to have a proper "rival" species. Especially knowing how despite allo and stego being the real world rivals, throughout Isle history dibble and allo have been arguably some of the most well known dinosaurs in the game who act as "common rivals".

Also makes sense for it to come after they add Omniraptor's pounce to pinned ability since Allo grapple will probably be functionally the same thing. Like Deino lunge and Rex's "crush".

It sounds too heavy to be an allo, it's most likely either Alberto, rex, or maybe giga

@@Wendigo560 Remember Allo is more than twice as big as a Cera, and Cera's footsteps are loud ones. Also it's crest and overall head shape looks a lot like Allo, along with the size of it's arms.

W Dino, the isle will prob update again in a super long amount of months. If only they added more dinosaurs slightly quicker.

Isle is running horde testing right now, and the changes are fantastic. They said Diabloceratops will come out in May - and maybe one more, I'm hoping? It's finally really starting to all come together into the game we all hoped it could be.

im really hyped for allo man i switched for path of titans because they had allo and fell in love with the progresion sistem pot has but the isle allo is just unmatched most beutiful dinosaur model ever the best sounds animation was just perfection i hope they give it an amazing feral and animal feel like cerato

the new dino is allo you can tell by the f call and the head crests and how long the arms are makes sense for it to be in a pinning update or to be with maia

I don’t believe it could be allosaurus it has to be Alberto the walking speed is slower and more heavier longer strides over the allosaurus animations that shows it’s trot, walk, run animations, and growth previews. The foot step sounds on the cam sounds heavier then a allosaurus, the allosaurus wouldn’t go to a rotten dibble corps as well based on the concept art with the Alberto able to eat rotten food another reason why I believe the dibble body was rotten is that the omnis left it and it’s been left there until the next day

i believe that shadow was rex at the end altho i do agree the sharp crest eyebrow things do make it look like allo, i screamed rex at first based on hearing the weight of the foot stops but allo could def be possible, would be dope

Looked like allo to me. If it was a rex I'd expect the foot steps to be louder and the shadow had those boney protrusions over the eyes that are classic allo.

The shadow is most likely rex. To the ones who think its allo or alberto. Allos crest is too big, and Albertos crest points forwards like horns in a way. And rex is about halfway done so it makes sense they gave us a taste. Also the foot steps sound too heavy to be an allo or alberto.

This game’s development has been dead since the game got re-coded, one new creature every millennia just ain’t cutting it. They gotta pull their finger out of their butt and start working, cuz this game will die LONG before the story and the campaign of the game ever sees the light (656,864,923 years from now...)
