I often agree with Nigel Farage ,but some of what he says is too American .So Independent for me . Our MP Craig Mackinlay, sensible and hard working, had to retire because of a horrific sepsis infection which meant that all his limbs had to be amputated. Our Labour Candidate,Polly Billington is pushing for the ruinous Labour policy of Net Zero. She does not support the newly approved airport of Manston which local people have been fighting for ten years and would be a boon for our area.Labour want housing on the airport site. London councils are selling off their social housing to developers.and so need to rehouse people which they can do more cheaply out of London .Those who are really in power in the Labour and Conservative Party both want a vast housing scheme to go ahead against the advice of our local MPs who are barely tolerated by their own Government,or at least those in the Cabinet. One has to remember that our Government and Labour want the United States of Europe and an EU army too .One only has to listen to Rory Stewart, and Alister Campbell going on ,to know how they want the future to be,and I think what they say is an echo of what our politicians have in mind for this country.and this terrifies me. The British people do not seem to matter to those governing us because in their scheme of things the bigUnited States of Europe is what they have in mind. I’d even go as far as to say that they like the way China is governed.

Nigel was correct. NATO assured Gorbachev, back in the 90s, after he had brought about the end of the USSR, that NATO would not move on Russia's borders in future. However, when the EU courted the Eastern European ex-Soviet states, promising them lots of money, NATO membership was on the cards. They must have known this could cause friction with Russia. However, the real problem was the USA and EU interference in Ukraine during the coup of 2014.

The UK is the #1 instigator of the current extension of Ukrainian hostilities. It was Britain who scuttled a largely done 2022 peace deal. The UK's masters are hoping, as was the case in WW1 and WW2 to drag the US into vreating a world War. But that's not going to happen this time. Less than 14 million people voted for the Tories in 2019. So if everyone who voted for Brexit comes out to vote against the establishment we can finish what we started. Remember at the forthcoming election what the Tories did to the country in 2020 whilst they were partying. And don't forget Labour supported everything. Persuading people not to vote is how the Labour activists hope to win a big majority. Don't fall into their trap. More people didn't bother to vote than voted for Khan. More people didn't bother to vote than voted for Galloway. More people didn't bother to vote than voted for the Tories at the last general election. Do you see a pattern? Think about it after the next election when you spend the following 5 years crying in your beer. More people don't bother to vote than vote for any single party... Just let that sink in.. The "clever people" will tell you that voting makes no difference Are you feeling clever yet? Vote for anyone but the main parties, if no other party is standing spoil your ballot paper. Not voting is not a protest, all that achieves is to help these useless politicians stay in power with minimal votes. Labour/Tories makes no difference which one wins, the real power lies with the civil service which never changes. None of the main parties will put them back in their box. Liz truss said she wanted to sort out the civil service and she didn't last long. Sunak had already destroyed the economy so don't listen to all the bullshit coming from the establishment. They are all a waste of space, but why help them to sit in their seats for years on end taking the money? Vote for anyone else and take away their cushy jobs. Not voting is just rewarding them. He concentrated on deterring the bear from doing anything rash, and there always _used to be_ a political consensus behind that position. The current political consensus is to close ranks behind the gamblers!

This war could have been avoided and if Trump had been in charge of the US it probably wouldn't have happened. Farage just repeated what he had warned about previously and was common knowledge.

Implementing the Minsk agreements guaranteed by France and Germany, and ratified by the UN Security Council would have helped as would not installing US funded biolabs in Ukraine. Additionally not overthrowing the elected Ukrainian president in 2014, then shelling ethnic Russians in eastern Ukraine, killing women and children alike in Donbass, eastern Ukraine since 2014 would also have helped. Russia did not object to Ukraine joining the EU originally, but their redline was them joining NATO and installing nuclear capable missiles which could reach Moscow within around 6 minutes. Frankly the west is led by idiots as it increases the risk of nuclear annihilation for all of us, as 6 minutes is insufficient time to avert this should Russia believe rightly or wrongly that NATO has initiated a nuclear attack on them. It has almost happened before, we were lucky, then but NATO continues to push that luck.

My son is ex army and staying with us as the local council have him at bottom of housing list as all the houses are being kept for migrants who have just came off the boat . Told he will be homeless for at least another year before he gets a shout about any house . Amazing how that works .
