Ok let me break this down Curry 2021 is a better player Curry 2016 is a better season In 2021 he had slightly less efficient numbers but that was because he was taking more shots, with less open looks, with more defensive attention than 2016, with more clogged up paint than 2016 because he didn’t have Klay spacing the floor. In 2021 he was also a better defender. He had a better season in 2016 due to the vastly better team he had then, but he’s a better player now then 2016

2016 because he did it on the best percentages in history as well as the best team in history WITH Klay Playing. Curry 2016 was better rather than this year as we had seen Beal literally do the same thing as Curry the year before. Beal was hitting more shots but almost about 3 less 3’s than Curry

Beal actually was not hitting more shots in 2020 then Curry this season, in fact they brought were hitting 10.4 shots. But Curry was doing it on wayyyyy better efficiency when u look at True shooting percentages and field goal percentages

@@pranith850 Also played less games. Also Curry is the only player on the team that is competent enough to consistently hit a 3. Beal has plays for the Latvian Lazar, Westbrook, and Rui to hit shots. Curry’s playmaking is so elite because of the doubles and triples he draws bruh. You can’t leave anyone open on the wizards floor. Beal even gets doubled and tripled a bunch granted not more than Curry, but when you have Avdija, Westbrook, and Ish Smith who are All B to A+ tier playmakers, it’s hard to compare that. Curry has Draymond but he is rendered useless when he doesn’t have the ball on offense(screens are his only method off ball). Curry takes more 3’s so ofc he will average more points. Curry messed up in the playin games and at the second part of the 4th quarter. He let Ja Morant out play him who just a year ago, called him trash. That’s not The Who spiel but yea

And saying “ofc Curry will average more points he takes more threes”, then why doesn’t Beal take 30 threes per game if it’s that easy? Curry is also an elite finisher. And Curry averaged 38 points per game in the 2 play in games on 50% shooting and 50% three point shooting. How is that messing up? Ja Morant played good but he didn’t outplay Curry. Curry was getting trapped and doubled while the Warriors were just letting Ja shoot wide open threes. Bruh are u really trynna say that Beal is better than Curry? I’m sorry but just stop 😭😭😭

16 he was better playmaking wise and more efficient and better defensively, 21 he had higher scoring volume. Personally i go 16

And playmaking wise he averaged more assist then but this year he had way more gravity and defensive attention than before, opening up opportunity for his g leag-I mean warriors teammates. He wasn’t asked to play make this season he had to score the ball. Also he was more efficient because of the less defensive pressure on him but I see both sides. I’m personally choosing 2021
