I played a lot of all the f1 games from 2016 onwards but when this game came out it killed all my enjoyment of the f1 games and have only recently began playing again mainly because of f1 manager and this f1 season being soooooo good so far

F1 22 was my first series F1 game. I have 350 hrs in the game and I refused to turn off traction control because I couldn’t rap my head around it. For context I haven’t play a single hr of F1 23 with TC on. (Haven’t bought F1 24, waste of money)

I honestly liked F1 22. Wasn't the best F1 game, it was hard to control because of the center lock on controller, and the AI were broken AF on Canada and Hungary. But it was a great game. Played a few seasons of My Team and Two Player Career, and I lost to Lewis Hamilton three times in total (twice in My Team, once in 2PC).

F1 22 is my least favourite f1 game even over f1 2015, I got halfway through the games cycle (and my career) and gave up. I lost count of the amount of time's I'd lose my progress after winning a race, the bugs were horrendous and the handling was diabolical. As a pad player, I like thd f1 handling in f1 24 but I will admit f1 23 is slightly better in that department, if we can have the f1 24 handling, the f1 23 wheel to wheel rqcing with the f1 2020 AI pace for f1 25 I'll be happy.

Idk it's an awkward place for me to be. Having got used to this handling, I didn't really feel F1 23 offered anything new for me to buy it (at least when it comes to my interests). It was more of a fully priced physics update. Fast forward to F1 24, the handling doesn't look great even with the updates. So here I am, not wanting to buy 23 as I don't feel it has enough, not wanting to buy 24 because I'd never pay a "new" game when it's not worth it.

No way. F1 22 had terrible handling much worse than 24. F1 24 also has driver career mode where you can play as an actual driver. And you can improve ratings like an RPG sort of thing.

@@HughMyron372 I only play cockpit cam and the car feels ok on a wheel. There’s a noticeable difference at the start of the race at heavy fuel and the end. Also having normal traction and being able to ride kerbs is pretty important.

F1 22 Best example that we need a different company making the f1 game even now in 24 Codies or ea doesn’t know how ground effect cars work the wings are still way to aggressive in generating downforce the floor is making the downforce now the wings should change the balance of the car and should add drag or reduce it … 22 shows perfectly that they have no clue of making realistic downforce and sadly everytime in major rule changes they f*ck up the cars or handling somehow 2017 the 11 ballast thing 2019 simple front wings making the cars so understeery to near undriveable if not used the extra rotation with 2 gears lower in the apex exploit… 2021 rear floor cut adjustments Codies desite to make the rear end at least minus 20 downforce and not adding front end downforce making the cars horrible to drive … 2026 will be a disaster I expect the X mode to work better then the Y mode so people will drive the entire time in x mode just for low drag and add so much wing that they can drive easily in the corners in the low drag mode …

This video is not very good, I think you need to think before you talk. You where "forced" into cockpit cam because you changed it in the supercar and it remembered it, fair enough they should add a seperate option so say that instead. And you span in the last corner at spa, because you where way over the curb with less grip and using 80% throttle, not because the game is unpredictable. This game DOES deserve a beating, just be a little more wise with your words mister, and a good day to you.
