I liked how flares look, but all I can think about is back in the day walking around with the bottom of my pants wet when it rained. The low rise can go straight to hell. That shit gave our entire generation a flat stomach complex. Also I feel like it is harder to match shoes with flares. Been there, done that, no thanks.

If you’re still looking for solutions to your echo problem, HOFA makes acoustic curtains for sound studios and they work quite well. The “lightest” version (Studio 2) would probably be sufficient. Or you could try some acoustic panels or Basotect absorbers for the walls. A lot depends on the directional characteristics of your mic, too. If you’d like some help, feel free to DM me on IG. The only thing about the Auric lip is that it’s in the eye pots and that bottom only hold 5 GRAMS!! Tatcha is 9 GRAMS and Laneige is 20 GRAMS!!!

One thing you can do is make some inexpensive sound panels (similar to what is used in a recording studio). Get a large-ish cork board, canvas panel from art supply store, or anything fairly cheap, but firm. Buy a few yards of fluffy/fuzzy fabric from the fabric store. Think of fabrics that would make a stuffed animal or cozy blanket, or even faux fur; he fluffier, the better. Attach the fabric to the board using a staple gun or hot glue (depending how thick the board is). Make one and see if it helps, although you might need to make a couple, depending how big the room is (not just square footage, but also high ceiling height can cause echoing). These can be hung on the wall with Command strip velcro, so it's renter-friendly, and you can take them with you when/if you move.

Hang a curtain rod that’s wider than your window and put up wide curtain panels so when U open them to film there’s sunlight but as much fabric as you can put up to soak up sound and/or put pieces of sound proof foam on the opposite wall from where U film to soak up the sound.

I REFUSE to buy the low rise flare jeans. I will leave them for the young people. I cannot go back to worrying about my butt crack showing when bending over. Low rise can die permanently. As a tall curvy girl you were lucky to find talls (used to love Kohls back then because they carried T in store) and even then you had to size up to fit the junk in the trunk only to accentuate that ass crack showing even more every time you even slightly leaned forward. However as a tall girl I didn’t have the flare dragging problem my problem was find jeans tall enough. Skinny and straight are more forgiving when they are a hair shirt. I think highwater looking flares look terrible. A great flare that hits at the right spot is flattering on many unlike low rise that flatters very few body types

I used not like flares coming back into style again BUT, I tried on a pair in store recently and I actually liked it! It was mid-rise or high-rise though! I do not like low-rise coming back though lol. I remember when I wore them when I was younger and I just remembered being so self conscious bending down because I was worried my butt-crack would show! Also, I currently have a bigger stomach due to lockdown, so high-rise and mid-rise jeans suck my stomach in a bit more and low-rise jeans would be so unflattering and uncomfortable for me to wear.

woo-hoo, your birthday is right around the corner, and you should definitely eat an ice cream cake during the WIBI next week. i wasn’t able to get the first bridgerton collection and i thought the colors are beautiful, and i think the new palette is pretty, but they could’ve left out the two darker pinks for a couple other shadows. the blush palette is too bulky for me, but the lip products are what gets me, because i’m obsessed with satin lipsticks and the packaging is so exquisite. i’m loving how the benefit concealer looks really good on you, and i’m intrigued. the only things from the colourpop daisy collection that calls to me are the super shock shadows, since they’re all new colors. i AM soooo interested in the givemeglow “two moods” palette, but unfortunately i can’t get it. i saw sam’s video on the lip balm and i love how she created this particular lip mask. yesssss to the lip mask ranking please!!! i do use your links whenever possible. i told you that the essence lip liners are bomb!!! the too faced “sunset stripped” palette actually releases on the 31st. that chanel highlighter is beautiful and it looked gorgeous on michelle, but there’s no way that i could afford it, besides i reallllly want the new wayne goss duos that released recently. i wish i could use liquid eyeliner but my mobility issues messes with my ability to do any type of steady work. I love flare jeans! Low rise are a heck no. However, I will say that I love the fact that it seems like every rise and style of jean are available and trendy. Its kinda fun that everything's in style. You like skinny jeans? COOL YOUR TRENDY. Mom jeans? COOL YOUR TRENDY! Flares? YOUR TRENDY TOO! Like its all good in any direction you wanna go. The trends are coming and going so quickly so imo just wear what you like!

I know no one cares about Tarte, it’s not like I do either, but those Cheek Stains are so pretty and I’m so happy they’re back! I loveeee low rise flare! I don’t worry about how it sits around my shoes, high rise makes me feel very heavy and it’s so uncomfortable. I have wide hips and the high rise feels like it traps me. Hate it. Also I have large calves compared to my waist and non flare is too tight and uncomfortable. For me personally I despise and am so uncomfortable in fitted/high rise. 😖 I know I’m in the minority. Just going to stay living my best early 2000s.

I love so many products from Benefit but their complexion products always go bad in such a little amount of time -.- I had the issue with two foundations and the original Boeing concealer. I bought so much make up in the last years that i am trying to use as much up as i can before it goes bad but that also means that i use multiple products in my project pans and it takes me longer to use them up. But apart from one very old Lancome foundation no other products than the Benefit ones got bad.... So i will only purchase another concealer from them when i know i can use it up pretty quickly.
