Robert, I've worked with urologists and currently in men's sexual performance clinic the reason is because they are to busy making a profit on the pill And acoustic wave therapy is not for everyone meaning it's really only for men with very slight ED and each session could take 15-20mins per patient to perform each time up to 12 visits
