Part 1 - It is that time again -- to wash and re-tie my hair. I share my full process and talk about the importance of intentionality in loc'ing; living courageously and authentically with locs; and more.
My last re-tie was 8+ weeks prior to this. I was pushing it lol.
Also, I DO NOT recommend the shampoo, at least not on my skin.
My skin was itchy after coming out of the shower.
