Great job!! The detailing was phenomenal as well as the camera and video work which you did. One thing I did pick out was the exhaust chrome tips. Make sure you pay special attention to those as the littlest of details can make a huge difference. Great work again, always improving!!

any idea of how to???
@MastersAutoCleaners2 жыл бұрын
@@paul.tuttle so to clean chrome Exhaust’s tip, a simple approach would be using water and soap, old rugs, cleaning pads and a pressure washer, and give the tip a good scrub, black soap works good too. This process can get very messy, i usually use the wheel's Cleaning bucket, and i try not to touch the exterior paint while cleaning the tip. Next, we apply a degreaser (iron remover)and we use a few old wheel's brushes to clean the tip from the inside. If that doesn't work, then we use chrome cleaner, or Exhaust’s tip cleaner. At the end, we polish the tip manually. Suggested products: Chrome, Polish and rust remover by turtle wax. Chrome polish by Mothers. Or, Exhaust’s tip cleaner and polish by Borla.

What is Gyeon Pure and why does it last only for 2 weeks
@MastersAutoCleaners2 жыл бұрын
Hey Tenet, So we applied a 2 years Gyeon ceramic coating and left the car to dry for 1 hour. After drying, we applied a sealant(Gyeon pure) which will protect the ceramic coating that we applied for 2 weeks so that it cures perfectly. This process gives the best result.
@jeroenvandenberg15812 жыл бұрын
looks better no doubt, but why so much pressure? You don't have to force the pads into the paint, let them glide, it'll be so much more effective, if you apply this amount of pressure, like with finishing the trunk the pad stalls as you can see in the polishing residue :-p
@MastersAutoCleaners2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Jeroen! You are right about not applying too much pressure while using the polishing tool. In this video, it looks like I'm applying more pressure then I'm doing. But in fact, the pressure is more like pressing a cushion. Keeping in mind that this is a 17 years old never polished paint. So some pressure is recommended.

شكرا جزيلا! انا اسعد بتواجدك معنا. Yes indeed, we have been gone for almost 4 months, and that's because we just opined our first detailing shop, so it took us some time. Also, we changed the name, from Masters Auto Cleaners to a simple abbreviation: MACdetailz as the last one is shorter and easier to remember.

Just was wondering 2900 psi to dangerous for cars ?
@MastersAutoCleaners2 жыл бұрын
Not sure for 2900 psi, i never tried one.Maybe if you have degree nozzles, that could reduce the power. I'm using a 1900psi ryobi pressure washer, the 45 degree nozzle makes the water flow wider and hence a lower pressure power, the 1900psi is perfect for car washing.
@17problemss2 жыл бұрын

Great work! I have this year and model in alabaster white! My only question is, why not wash the car first before applying iron remover? I would think the iron remover would penetrate the film better after a wash rather than only a rinse. On most detailing videos I have watched, they rinse, wash, iron decon and then clay and polish. Not that one way is better than the other, I am just curious. Thanks for the Video
@MastersAutoCleaners2 жыл бұрын
Hey Chase, Thank you for watching! I like all W211, especially the well maintained ones with the old Mercedes emblem. As per the iron remover, i find it more effective to apply after a simple water rinse as it helps with salt removal before i apply the hand wash; during winters in Canada, the city spreads salt to melt down snow from the streets, the cars picks up most of the salt. I also find the iron remover to be easier to wash off, compared to Tar remover or clay bar, where i prefer using a towel to wipe off rather then the pressure washer. This is an express hand wash and decontamination. Both ways that you mentioned are correct too. A more thorougher wash i apply too is, iron remover, let set for 5 minutes, foam gun, first rinse after 10 minutes, hand wash, second thorougher rinse, tar remover, clay bar/mitt, final rinse, polish or buffing, sealant, wax or ceramic.
@chaseolson5272 жыл бұрын
@@MastersAutoCleaners Ok that totally makes sense! Mine still retains the original emblem and I have been told I have the cleanest white one in North America.. (dunno if that holds up haha) Im going for 600-700hp sleeper aesthetics :p Thanks for the reply!
