Kimberly, Kimberly, Kimberly!!!!!!! When I tell you you saved me from a hair crisis!!!!! I’m darn near in tears. I’ve been natural since 2013. I’ve recently recovered from several years worth of heat damage. I slowly cut it off to maintain my length. Mind you I have always had long thick course hair and after I big chopped I feel in love with my curls 😍😍. Fast forward.... my go to style has always been a wash n go. However past heat damage nothing seam to give me that hydrated moisturizer wash n go. NOTHING. I then learned that I have low porosity hair. Like I could literally see the water sitting on my hair strands. No gel would work. I was deep conditioning like crazy. WASH N GOS were looking a hot mess. So after doing research on low porosity hair type I stumble up on you!!!!! Low porosity needs warm water!!!!!! Child been was washing my hair in cool water so as long as I can remember... and you know the science of it all but I just want to tell you that I’m grateful for your channel. Even the advice/demonstration on how to use leave in and then a moisturizer on wet hair. I’m sorry that this is long. But I truly grateful. NOW I have been able to achieve the BEST wash n go. And with little product!!!! With your tips and techniques products are MELTING on my hair. Much love and respect!!! THANK YOU 🙏🏾

See I wish I had fine low porosity hair sometimes cuz it seems fine hair people can easily do wash and goes and it stays and looks good. I’m multi-textured, have high porosity and very thick hair. So wash and goes just do not work for me and mousse is probably the only thing that could give my hair kind of some hold but dries the mess out of my hair. I wanna see this technique one a high porosity thick thick hair and see if it does the same thing then I will try this. I have to be convinced lol

Kimberly Cherrell I didn’t say thin hair, fine hair is what most popular KZbinrs have and it’s easier to manage in my opinion vs extremely thick or dense hair. My hair is extremely thick and shrinks more due to how thick it is vs fine hair looks more longer. It’s just the way nature works I guess. Fine hair is just a little flatter and shows more of the true length than very dense hair. Dense hair KZbinrs are not as common as fine hair ones is what I’m saying. Just my observation. I just want to see if this works on High porosity dense hair which is struggle hair lol

cubana4ever i understand what you’re saying boo what I’m saying is i don’t have thin or fine hair. If you were to see my hair without products at all you will understand it took ALOT for my hair to begin looking like this... Do you mean a tighter curl pattern perhaps? I will say the thicker and longer your hair gets it starts to weigh itself down to appear this way.... i really hope this makes sense.

This was the first video I’ve seen of you so I just went by that and just assumed and watch a video before this if the sand topic with someone that looked to have similar hair. So do you suggest trying this on high porosity dense hair and maybe getting similar results?

cubana4ever lol boo I’m not offended i just love to teach. I def recommend someone with High Porosity to try this... especially with the Miche Beauty leave in!! Also be sure to do it in the shower for that extra wet look. I always respond to my comment lol welcomeeeee

I do almost the exact same thing, thing different is I use the Mane Choice tropical moringa pearly braid out glace and I do use the blue extrem gel and baby my curls are poppin and so freaking shiny.. loved the video
