Water test for porosity is highly trickish. Th best way is to clarify your hair with a shampoo then leave it to air dry. If it dries within 30mins-1 hour, its high porosity. If it dries within 2-4 hours, its medium or normal porosity. If it dries within 7-24 hours, its low porosity.
