Have carpeting in my husbands work room. Coffee was spilled. Used my home carpet cleaner but stain came back 24 hrs later. Used your trick of a bucket of water but this time I added Cloraclean to the bucket. Poured entire bucket on stain let sit 30” then suctioned it out. Stain gone. I figured it was just a foam backed remnant and what could it do. Cement underneath. Perfect. You gave me a great idea.

I really hate making a comment that will probably seem critical, especially to someone who must know vastly more about the subject than I do. You just spayed the rug with water which was heavily pooled on the rug. Then you added shampoo, which I assume is diluted down to a specification? Surely, that diluted the shampoo way more? Wouldn't it be better if the water had been pushed off first?

I've read that that stuff is so high foaming that it actually helps it foam more & seep deeper into the carpet at a quicker rate. although i must say, i do not clean carpets professionally so i really don't know if this is true or not 😂
