For the government mortuary, I had to fix the jack for the tray on a tender job. All the other contractors declined the job because they were afraid of the dead. I wont lie it was a smelly job but ended getting it done. The condition of care in State Mortuaries is appalling guys, I am glad the dead don't complian

i once went to the mortuary to identify my late brother, the smell of the chemicals they use, i can remember it, also got to see multiple bodies in (yellow body bags) in the area where undertakers/societies collect the bodies,,, that is one place i wish i never got to see. emotions were high and I DONT WISH FOR ANYONE TO SEE IT... but i am GOOD now, time and accepting the situation heals.

The truth in this, I remember when I had to collect my 8 months old baby's body from a government mortuary where she was supposedly sent for an autopsy by the hospital which never happened because the queue was too long. I demanded that they release her body to our private mortuary... iyhooo finding her body was a mission. Her tinny body was squashed under multiple smelly decomposing Like body. I still haven't recovered from this experience.

Same as nurses and doctors. I think u need to have little bit of that "I dont care" mentality otherwise you wont survive on your job. They can feel sorry for 30sec, then pretend like nothing worse or bad happened...
