@mattragusa210 Then let that be your reason for this scene. The old Rooster Teeth wouldn't want us to remember them for what they became. They would want us to remember them for what they were, through all of the good and bad moments they had, for all the funny and sad moments they also had, its the memories that we hold in our hearts that we need to cherish the most. We'll definitely miss Burnie, Gus, Geoff, Jack, and all the other founders of Rooster Teeth, but let us honor the memories they gave us, ONLY the good memories they gave us.
@volt42re3 күн бұрын
@@WrathNebula321Exactly. “Remember the things they taught you…” Anything can turn into a success story, if you’re determined enough and take the opportunities that come by. “… pull from their strengths …” Don’t let the world jade you. Rooster Teeth’s greatest strength was just being real, being themselves. “… and learn from their mistakes.” We all know what happened to them in the end, and how they got there. An awful workplace environment and unmonitored, irresponsible executives is what led to them going bankrupt and being bought out. Be kind; don’t divide people, don’t betray them, and don’t abuse them.

Man, I was sad when it was revealed Doc was dead the whole time since the final battle on Chorus. It was sad knowing that happened to him, but sweet in a way that Wash cares enough about him to remember him like this. Seeing all the other Freelancers return via Wash's memories was nice, since normally Carolina is the one to look back fondly on them all, but this shows Wash really considered them all his friends, even Maine after what he did. I'm glad he still has Carolina though.

That twist that Doc was in Washington's head was heartbreaking. Wash wal.always my favourite and that character that fit the gap between the Reds and Blues and the Freelancers. Seeing him go through some PTSD and guilt over Docs death was a moment so well done. His arc had been weird this whole time, but the reveal was painful in a great way.

@elitetrooper11912 күн бұрын
The ship will sail westward into the undying lands. There they shall live on for as long as we remember them and hold them dear in our hearts. This was an amazing show and it’s sad to finally see it end, but life he rules and facts. One of the facts is that nothing lasts forever. Empires, Ideals, and more have tried, it eventually all met their inevitable ends. So too must one of our favorite series and the company with which it all began. There is a bitter sweetness to it all. Knowing the way things have been falling apart behind the scenes at RT for years and seeing the company lose itself is hard in its own way, but remembering the good times and holding onto those nostalgic fun, happy, joyful, and heartfelt moments that’s the sweet to it all. Every journey begins with a single step and so too now at the disbanding of Rooster Teeth does this one also end. We will always have the episodes, the videos, the stories, the memories, the music, and the love for the content. Now as tears subside and friends go their separate ways the final curtain finally falls. All that matters in the end was that they stood tall, they faced it all, and did it their way. Thank You to the Rooster Teeth and all of its members from start to finish for the excellent work and dedication. I wish happiness, success, wellness, and luck upon them all. I hope to see them again in new projects in the future.

When I watch this scene I think Washington is like epsilon in flesh the way he remembers the freelancers like the way epsilon remembered all the other AI fragments he learned from them and Washington's doing the same and also it's like a call back to the days of project freelancer where Washington's AI was supposed to be epsilon so I guess memory is key after all and all you have to do is have faith for what's next. Ups and downs, it's what made this an experience for a lot of us growing up around these idiots who went from standing around in a canyon to bringing down a military project and saving an independent planet from tearing itself apart. While I wish this could've been longer and had more resources put into production, I'm glad it ended this way. We'll still have these series to watch and remember the good times. Memory is the key.

Wasn't there best season/movie, but it did give closure to the franchise. I certainly wished we saw what happened in the final battle on Chorus or see what happened to some characters that led them to these circumstances, but I did feel satisfied and happy at the end. It also felt bittersweet knowing that the journey was over... but as Epsilon said Memory is the key
@nicholasfarrell598112 күн бұрын
Honestly? I'm glad we never saw the final battle on Chorus. The way S13 ended, with all of them ready for a fight against all odds for survival . . . This moment honestly feels like the devs of RvB talking to the fans, it's got similar vibes to Goku's speech in episode 60 of DBZA, and I mean I hate to see the series end, mostly because it's going to be weird not seeing a RvB season based around whatever new thing comes from Halo it became just as important if not more so than the games for Halo's success, but it's good they got to get one last "hurrah" on their own terms rather than leave anything unsaid.

Wait if doc was dead the entire time on chorus then how did he communicate with donut in that whole time traveling shenanigans?
@LopezCreations18 күн бұрын
Those seasons are different simulations that Church ran during the final seconds of season 13. This whole season is one of them, in this simulation, Doc is killed trying to heal Wash. This simulation is also considered to be canon outcome of season 13

...If Doc is dead in Chorus, then how is he is able to assist the Blood Gulchers throughout the years and in later seasons in physical terms without anyone noticing his presence and how did everyone's able to talk to him as if he is alive despite the fact that he is technically dead... And including his presence in the Shinso Paradox...

Those seasons are retconned and doc is dead in restoration. but you can choose to believe this season was a simulation and those seasons were the actual events that happens after Chorus

He died off-screen, during the final battle at the end of Season 13. Apparently after Wash and Carolina arrived to help get them out, Doc was killed saving Wash.
@jasonhobbs46768 күн бұрын
This doesn’t make sense. When Doc and wash are first seen in restoration Doc is standing and you can see his shadow on the exit door of the medical facility as him and wash are talking. So if he was dead how the hell could he cast a physical shadow!?!?!?

@fatfetus554411 күн бұрын
He was a friend to Washington. You can see him interacting him during them grabbing those weapons and where he first got the brute shot. And in season 8 when Meta didn't have the AI's he kinda returned to normal. Even south was there and she killed north. The only one that wasn't there is Wyoming because he wasn't close with him at all

Not Maine, the Meta. Tucker tried to murder them many times under the metas control too, but look at him when he made it out. Maine had just been tortured for too long, and wasn’t able to come back when he lost the AI
